JND Legal Administration Opens New Office in New York

SEATTLE, April 3, 2018—JND Legal Administration, a legal management and administration company serving law firms, companies and government entities, has opened a new office in Jericho, New York to serve its increasing number of securities class action administration cases.  This marks the eighth office the company has opened in the past two years.  

“JND has become the fastest growing company in the legal administration industry and the opening of our second New York office is a notable milestone in our growth,” commented Neil Zola, executive co-chairman and co-founder.  “While we continue to expand across all of our service divisions, we have doubled the number of securities cases we are handling, prompting the need to open a dedicated office within the New York region to stay ahead of our clients’ needs.” 

JND’s new office will focus on the administration of securities class actions, which typically involves services such as pre-settlement consultation, class notification, website development and design, claimant communications, claims processing and validation, benefits distribution and reporting.  The firm has recently been retained to administer several hundred million dollar securities class action settlements by some of the largest law firms in the plaintiffs’ bar.  

Headquartered in Seattle, JND was founded and is led by industry veterans Jennifer Keough, Neil Zola and David Isaac, who have been working together for decades within the legal administration industry.  This leadership trio established JND in 2016 to provide a full-suite of legal administration services and a staff of experienced professionals to provide support for the country’s largest and most complex legal proceedings.
