JND Legal Administration Appoints Flora Bian as CFO

SEATTLE, Feb. 26, 2019 – JND Legal Administration, a legal management and administration company serving law firms, corporations and government entities, has appointed Flora Bian as chief financial officer, adding another female executive to its C-suite. Jennifer Keough, one of the company’s co-founders, serves as JND’s CEO.

“Flora brings extensive experience in finance and an impressive understanding of our business to her role as CFO that will be invaluable to the company as we continue to grow,” Keough comments. “Flora embodies the industry’s best and brightest while adding to the diversity of our executive management team and company as a whole.”

A certified public accountant, Bian has held CFO and COO roles within the public company environment and alongside fast-growing start-ups. She previously served as CFO at multinational creative and digital marketing agencies within the WPP and Omnicom global networks. Earlier in her career, she worked in various financial management positions within the insurance, telecommunication and banking industries. A native of China, Flora received her Bachelor of Economics in Shanghai and a Masters in Accounting in the U.S. at the University of Illinois.

The onboarding of Bian is a direct culmination of JND’s achievements in 2018. The company increased its annual revenue by more than 75% over last year and now employs more than 150 personnel company-wide. To accommodate its expanding staff and operations, JND tripled its downtown Seattle flagship headquarters to more than 35,000 square feet. The company also made the strategic acquisition of the Lien Resolution Group to complement its mass tort services line.
