As Vice President of Marketing, Joe Sexton, leads brand strategy, marketing, and sales enablement for JND, partnering with leadership across JND's business lines to sharpen JND's market presence and connect its capabilities to the clients it serves.
Joe is a brand strategist with deep expertise in consumer behavior, marketing psychology, and creative distinctiveness. He is equally at home with quantitative analysis and qualitative ambiguity, and brings an eclectic background spanning B2B strategy, consumer brand management, digital strategy, and new venture development.
At JND, Joe shaped the company's brand identity and design language, establishing a cohesive creative vision and guiding the design team across every branded initiative. He led the full redesign of JND's website, architected JND's SEO and AEO strategy, and spearheaded the development of NoticeIQ™, an AI-powered legal notice strategy and creative testing tool. Joe has grown JND's online and social media following tenfold, managed email campaigns that tripled open and click rates, and produced written and video thought leadership that has resonated strongly with clients.
Prior to joining JND, Joe held brand management and marketing leadership roles where he built brand identities from the ground up, managed multi-brand portfolios, directed new product pipelines and go-to-market launches, managed advertising agency relationships, and owned budget and P&L performance. Joe studied art history and philosophy at the University of St. Thomas, received his B.A. from the New England Conservatory of Music, and earned his MBA in Marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
