Flora Bian

As the Chief Financial Officer of JND Legal Administration, Flora is responsible for the overall financial health of the company. With extensive experience in post acquisition integration and merger planning, Flora ensures financial and operational efficiencies across teams, processes and reporting structures to meet public company standards. She is experienced with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act auditing and compliance, and has designed and implemented internal controls at a host of organizations spanning a wide variety of industries, including financial services, advertising and media consulting, and telecommunication.

Over the course of more than 15 years in finance, Flora has held various CFO and financial leadership positions within global brand consulting and marketing agencies. She has overseen the financial performance of multiple U.S. subsidiaries as well as international offices. Through the course of her financial leadership roles, Flora has partnered with CEOs and senior leadership teams to revamp business models, enhance synergies and improve financial results.

Flora is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Master of Accountancy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Flora received her B.A. in Economics from East China Normal University (based in Shanghai). Flora is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
