Ben Sexton
Senior Vice President
JND’s Senior Vice President of Innovation & Strategy, Ben Sexton, advises law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies in deploying the proper workflows and technology to meet their discovery goals and reduce risk.
Ben is a leading voice on legal technology, 2024 Relativity AI Innovation Award winner, and an active speaker on AI capabilities and adoption, technology assisted review (TAR), and related topics. He is an active speaker and has published articles on topics ranging from GDPR to AI Adoption.
Ben led the development of JND’s patented, Relativity-integrated eDiscovery applications: LayerCake™, MachOne™, and OneSearch™. These patented analytics software benefit JND eDiscovery clients and accelerate digital investigations by predictively ranking evidence across large corpuses of data, optimizing large-scale document review workflows, and synchronizing five search providers in one, respectively.
Prior to joining JND, Ben held project management positions at a large legal consulting company and a national defense firm. Ben received his B.S. degree in Mathematics and Economics from University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He is an advisory board member for RelativityOne, Certified Forensic Examiner (EnCE) and Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA).
